POLITICAL REACTION
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Alcalá de Henares, Judith Piquet, has demanded that the Government Delegate, Francisco Martín, appear publicly before the public to inform and «ease the anxiety» caused by the arrest of the alleged perpetrator of the assault at the Emergency and Referral Reception Center (CAED).
In a statement, the mayor regretted «the social alarm» attributed to a «lack of official information» from the Government Delegation, «which has not provided essential data to the public.»
The Vox spokesperson in the Madrid Assembly, Isabel Pérez Moñino, visited Alcalá this afternoon and accused the bipartisan system of «silencing» the «insecurity generated by massive illegal immigration.»
